What we collect
When you create an Excelsior account, we collect your email, display name, and a securely hashed password. If you subscribe to Pro, SePay handles the bank-transfer details directly — we never see or store your banking credentials, only your payment and plan status.
How we use it
Your account data authenticates you on this site and inside the Excelsior add-in for Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and determines your plan and credit balance. We use your email for account-related notices (verification codes, billing, password resets) and for updates you can opt out of at any time.
Third-party processing
Authentication and plan data are processed by our own backend. Payments are processed by SePay. We don’t sell or share your data with anyone else.
Your rights
You can update your profile or request account deletion at any time by writing to contact@diligenes.com.
