Your account
Creating an Excelsior account requires accurate signup information and keeping your password secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account, including inside the Excel, Word, and PowerPoint add-in.
Plans and credits
The Free plan includes a one-time credit allowance that does not renew. Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually, with credits refilling each billing cycle. Unused credits don’t roll over or carry a cash value.
Payments
Pro access is paid through SePay by VietQR bank transfer. Each SePay payment covers one monthly or annual billing cycle, and you must make another payment to continue past that cycle. We don’t store your banking credentials — SePay handles the transfer details.
